Good Mountain Food
The Lodge is an eatery by Northern Pine Brewing Co. serving good mountain food inspired by our favorite meals we grew up cooking over a fire and on the ranch.
The Lodge will feature buttery cast iron style biscuits that will be used throughout our menu from brunch to dinner. Biscuits will house signature sandwiches comprised of fresh ingredients ranging from local organic fried chicken, local produce, homemade jams, smash burgers, and even PB&Js.
Buckets of fried chicken and an Idaho staple, finger steaks, will be our signature proteins with vegetarian options also available.
Homemade french fries and tots, poutine with homemade gravy, rotating potato salads, and an ultimate garden salad will be offered as tasty sides good enough to eat on their own or to add to any signature sandwich or protein.
Mountain huckleberries will be used throughout our menu. From shakes to jams, this special fruit is sure to add hint of wilderness and a sweet and fresh take to any dish.
Sweet treats will be offered throughout the day and even during brunch. Homemade milkshakes, icy frites, biscuit cinnamon rolls, and beignet style biscuits will satisfy any sweet tooth.
Once construction on our new eatery is compete, The Lodge will be open 7 days a week with extended hours each day and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Lodge is brought to you by the good folks at Northern Pine Brewing Co. Located inside the brewery, The Lodge will serve good mountain food to accompany their amazing craft beer. Along with their beer, Northern Pine will be expanding their alcohol license to include a selection of wine, N/A beer, seltzers, champagne & mimosas, and guest taps to their already expansive selection. Simply put, a drink for any time of day!
